1. The service
Festivo AI provides online tools to create personalized AI greeting cards and printable party quests (scenarios, tasks, host notes, and optional visuals). Content is delivered as digital files for personal or event use.
2. Accounts
You need an account to generate, pay for, and access your creations. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate contact information so we can deliver support and purchase confirmations.
3. Purchases and delivery
Prices are listed on our Pricing page. Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record. After successful payment, digital downloads become available in your account (My generations). Delivery is electronic only — we do not ship physical goods.
4. License and use
When you purchase a card or quest, you receive a personal license to download, print, and use that content for your celebration or private event. You may not resell, redistribute, or offer our generated assets as a competing product or template marketplace item. AI outputs can vary; we do not guarantee a specific artistic style beyond the options you select in the product.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use Festivo AI for unlawful, abusive, or infringing content; to attempt to reverse-engineer or overload the service; or to bypass payment or access controls. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
6. Intellectual property
The Festivo AI website, branding, and software remain our property. Third-party trademarks mentioned as inspiration (e.g. franchise “flavor” options) belong to their owners; we generate original themed content and do not sell official licensed merchandise.
7. Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is.” AI generation may occasionally fail, delay, or produce unexpected results. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable consumer law.

10. Changes and contact
