• Account data: email address and authentication details (via our auth provider).
• Product inputs: text and options you enter to generate cards or quests, and resulting generation records stored in your account.
• Support messages and optional screenshots you send through Support.
• Technical data: basic logs, device/browser information, and cookies needed to run the site and keep you signed in.
• Payment data: processed by Lemon Squeezy. We receive payment status and transaction references; we do not store full card numbers on our servers.

3. How we use data

We use personal data to create and deliver your digital products, process payments, provide customer support, secure the service, prevent abuse, and improve Festivo AI. We may use AI providers (such as image/text generation APIs) to fulfill your requests; prompts and necessary content are sent to those providers to generate your order.

4. Sharing

We share data with service providers that help us operate: hosting, authentication, databases, email delivery, AI generation, and Lemon Squeezy for checkout and tax. We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose data if required by law or to protect rights and safety.

5. Retention

We keep account and generation data while your account is active and as needed for purchases, support, and legal obligations. You may request deletion of your account data by contacting us; some records (e.g. payment records) may be retained as required by law or our payment partner.

We use essential cookies and similar storage for authentication, preferences (such as language), and core site functionality.
